INSTALLATION | CARE:
Crafted of natural grasses and fibers, grasscloth brings instant texture to your walls and warms the room.
Installation
Professional installation recommended. Upon receipt of order, carefully read the included installation instruction sheet before cutting or installing.
Supplied untrimmed with a ¼” bleed each side for double cut installation.
Care
- Grasscloth contains natural variations and striations. As a result, each panel will differ slightly from one another, bringing depth and organic beauty to your walls.
- Not recommended for use in bathrooms or where humidity or moisture might occur.
- Excessive rubbing or bumping may cause the natural material to fray.
Cleaning
- Grasscloth is naturally water-resistant but is not washable. Avoid moisture and harsh cleaners, as they will damage the natural fibers and dyes.
- For dusting, gently wipe with a soft dry cloth or vacuum with a soft brush attachment.

ROLLS & YARDAGE: Our papers are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of order.
SAMPLES: In-stock samples will ship immediately. Please allow 1-3 weeks for back ordered samples.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN:
Our wallpapers are custom-made to order. Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Upon receipt of your order, please make sure you have:
-The correct wallcovering and the correct amount.
-Carefully inspect the wallcovering to ensure it is free of defects.
-Prior to cutting or hanging, carefully read the Hanging Instructions included with your order. If no defect is evident before installation, the material should be inspected after three (3) strips are installed. If any defect is evident at this time no additional material should be hung until Wendy Martin is notified. No claims will be allowed for more than three strips on the wall. All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. No labor claims will be allowed at anytime.

Standard Papers can be spot cleaned with water and a soft cloth. Do not scrub.

It's always better in person! We highly recommend ordering our swatches. While we love technology, colors can appear differently on screens. Our beautiful sample program allows you to experience the true colors in your own space, with your own lighting and furnishings.
Slight variations may occur between batches—please consider this when ordering.
Commercial + Hospitality - Our designs can be reinterpreted on a contract grade equivalent that meets the demands of your project.
